Giulia obtained her Master’s Degree in Functional Genomics at the University of Trieste and in Genetics at the University of Paris, as part of a Double Degree program. She joined Sophie Polo’s lab in January 2021 for her Master’s internship and then she pursued in the team as a PhD student. Her thesis project focuses on the role of histone H3 oncogenic mutations in inducing genomic instability in human tumors.
