Angélique Amo
Research assistant | Lab manager | Radiation Protection Advisor (Université Paris Cité)
Angélique joined the unit in 2021 after completing her Master degree in Genetics (Magister Européen de Génétique, Université Paris Cité). Angélique also has a highly technical background thanks to her Advanced Technician’s Certificate in Medical Biology Analysis. She is attached to Jonathan Weitzman team, where she is an assistant engineer as well as a lab manager. Depending on the needs, she participates in the team’s two projects (PIN-ning down Host-Parasite interactions & SET-ting the scene with SMYD enzymes in cancer) and also fine tunes new techniques in the laboratory.
In addition to her work in the team, Angélique is the unit’s Radiation Protection Advisor.
